With over 26 years of experience across India's most prestigious hospitality brands, Chef Ashish Bhasin is a celebrated culinary leader known for his expertise in progressive cuisine, team building, and operational excellence. A graduate of IHM Pusa and trained at the Taj Hotel Management Institute, his journey spans iconic roles at Taj, Oberoi, and The Leela Group.
Chef Bhasin is passionate about reviving India's rich culinary heritage and is a pioneer of the HomeChef movement. From leading openings of flagship restaurants like Threesixty° at The Oberoi, to curating menus for the President of India and the Ambani family, his work is rooted in tradition and driven by innovation.
As the Founder of CB Hospitality, he continues to shape the future of food by blending strategic thinking with heartfelt cooking — proving every day that a HAPPY HEART TRULY MAKES HAPPY FOOD.
